  • Dips: 5 sets, 13 reps (1 minute rest between sets)


  • Machine Press: 5 sets, 10 reps, 90 lbs (1 minute rest between sets)


  • Incline Machine Press: 5 sets, 6 reps, 90 lbs (1 minute rest between sets)


  • Decline Machine Press: 5 sets, 5 reps, 140 lbs (1 minute rest between sets)


  • GHD sit-ups: 5 sets, 15 reps
