  • Dumbbell Bench: 5 sets, 13 reps, 35 lbs (1 minute rest between reps)

  • Dips: 5 sets, 15 reps (1 minute rest between reps)

  • Push Ups: 5 sets, 11 reps (1 minute rest between reps)
